Statement Opposing the Unconstitutional Prosecution of Ryan D. Kelley

The Muskegon County Republican Executive Committee opposes the

unconstitutional & unjust prosecution of former Michigan gubernatorial candidate

Ryan D. Kelley that took place on this day, October 17, 2023, whereby he has been

falsely accused in regards to the January 6, 2021 debacle that the leftists have

falsely deemed an insurrection, and entering the United States Capitol Building.

Michigan Governor, Gretchen Whitmer, Attorney General, Dana Nessel & the

United States Government has made false accusations against Ryan D. Kelley in a

politically motivated stunt to take out their opponents which they regard as a threat

to their positions and agenda.

We continue to oppose the unconstitutional and inhumane treatment of the January

6, 2023 prisoners in Washington D.C., whereby they also have been falsely

accused of the same, stripped of their right to a speedy trial, granted to them by

law, and being submitted to torture and inhumane living conditions.

The Muskegon County Republican Executive Committee stands with Ryan D.

Kelley and the January 6th prisoners who have sacrificed themselves in an effort to

maintain our God-given Liberties and defend the Constitution of the United States

of America.
